How long does delivery actually take?
Standard transit is 7 to 25 days after dispatch, plus 1 to 3 business days to pack. That window is on every product page.
Why is it not next day?
Goods ship from a distribution partner rather than a warehouse down the road. That is what keeps the range wide and the prices where they are. If you need it this week, check the expedited band before you order.
What if it arrives broken?
Tell us within seven days with photos and we replace it or refund it, your choice, at our cost. Our 90 day warranty covers manufacturing defects past that.
